In some cases, even if you can make it to a denture clinic, you will spend most of your time sitting in a waiting room because of the volume of patients that need to be seen on a daily basis. In addition, fabricating a denture typically requires 3-5 appointments, as we are recreating your smile and bite from scratch. To achieve the best fit, two sets of impressions are taken. You will also have two fittings and have the opportunity to see what your denture will look like (teeth in wax) before it becomes a denture. And finally, once your denture is inserted, we ensure function and comfort. If needed, two or three visits are normal for the corrections, and adjustment of your new denture.
